Jagly Elvira Reshatovna, 1957, a doctor of higher quality. She has graduated from medical institute, in 1980. Sge began working in Chkalovsk, III Central Governing of Ministry of Health, the USSR. Working experience is 30 years. She passed training in Ukraine and Moscow. Also she is a member of Obstetrics-Gynecology Association of Uzbekistan. Elvira was engaged in scientific activity, has got printied articles on themes «Postcastration syndrome","the Climacteric syndrome». She was one of the first who started taking up problems of urogynecology in Uzbekistan. She was acknowledged as  the best doctor of the city. Also is an active participant of the international congresses of obstetrics-gynecologists. Elvira studied in “International Summer School on Medical Immunology”, successfully graduated from “SOMARC FORUM ",  “Methods of contraceptive application with a stress on DMPA and qualitative service of consumers », passed courses of qualification improvement on department of Obstetrics-gynecology and Perinatal medicine of TashIUV on the theme:« Gynecologic endocrinology: problems and new possibilities in treatment ». Is the expert in the field of treatment various forms of barreness. Conservative treatment of myoma, cyst, neck-uterus erosion on modern technologies. Treatment of chronic, inflammatory diseases of small pelvis by modern fermental preparation of "Kukumazim", treatment of ТОRЧ infections. Owns technics transvaginal ultrasonic, carries out investigation on passableness of pipes an ultrasound by method (echo GSG), operates: vagina plasticity, reduction of small sexual lips, removal of condylomas and papillomas in the field of genitals. In cooperation with experts Uzbek-American« Center of Women Health » carries investigation of pathology of uterus neck with method use colpocopy and cytology.
